Juan Pablo is a farmhand and his wife is a homemaker. He is saving to help his sister, who is in her sixth semester of preparatory school, continue studying. Since he is the oldest, he supports her so she doesn't have to quit school.

UPDATE
When Juan Pablo received his savings match in April 2009, he paid fees for his sister's secondary school education. He said he feels very good to know that he's helping his sister with her studies, and he is very grateful to have been able to do so with the help of the program.

Guadalupe is a housewife and mother to four children: Julieta, José, Jesús and Marisol. Marisol, a child with special needs, receives therapy in Córdoba, a two-hour trip from home. Guadalupe's savings will help Marisol continue her therapy.

Guadalupe received her savings match in April 2009. In her words: "I want to thank everyone who is working for these causes and who remembers that many people need your help. With my savings and your match, I've been able to take my daughter to therapy three days a week in Córdoba. Thank you!"
